Their email is in the cloud.
And they have a single line of business app.
That’s about it.
We find that most South Florida small businesses are generally set up this way.
And that’s good thing.
This specific client signed up for 2 reasons.
First — Their tech equipment is very old and runs very slow.
Second — Their IT provider is slow to respond to requests.
Put this all together and you can see why this business decided to make a change.
It’s a familiar tale.
