ConnectSMART

In 2006, we purchased a commercial application called ConnectWise for use in our business. It handles all our ticketing, time management, invoicing, etc. The problem was, we could not make fast management decisions on what was happening as we couldn't get the the data in ConnectWise very easily. We recognized this was a great solution to apply our skills in Business Intelligence. The result was ConnectSMART.

ConnectSMART is the Simple Management Analysis and Reporting Tool for ConnectWise. ConnectSMART lets you mine your data via real-time reporting, or display that data via a completely customizable graphical dashboard that shows you where your business is headed. Whether you want to analyze service tickets, time, agreements, financial or sales data... ConnectSMART is ConnectWise's new best friend.

ConnectSMART pulls much of the data you have stored in ConnectWise and presents it to you in easy to access tables. Instead of hunting all over the place, and getting lost in "report writing hell," the information is literally at your fingertips! You can access the data with tools you already use - like Microsoft Excel, Crystal Reports, SQL Reporting Services, etc.
