Connections: Clients First

Being a client first company, meaning our goal is we're trying to understand what our client need is. We're trying to fulfill that client need first and foremost. It's not just fixing technology. It's helping our client.  One of the mechanisms that we have is the feedback loop of a client satisfaction.

So what we do is at the end of every ticket, we ask, how do you feel about that? And it's a simple three way frowny face, neutral face, smiley face.  So just give us your sentiment. We also give you an opportunity to write something about it.  And that is absolutely valuable.

"We love what you do. You're fantastic." We praise that all around the office. That's a shot in the arm. The negative, your guy didn't call me back. "I don't know what's going on. It's still broken." Within one hour of receiving that one of us and the executive team is calling the customer back.
