We onboarded a new client today.

It’s a pretty straightforward IT environment.

They have a couple of servers and a dozen or so computers.

Their email is in the cloud.

And they have a single line of business app.

That’s about it.

We find that most [South Florida small businesses](https://www.connections.com/areas-serviced) are generally set up this way.

And that’s good thing.

**
This specific client signed up for 2 reasons.**

**First **— Their tech equipment is very old and runs very slow.

**Second **— Their IT provider is slow to respond to requests.

Put this all together and you can see why this business decided to make a change.

It’s a familiar tale.

And one that can be easily remedied.

We're excited and grateful for [another client](https://www.connections.com/company/client-testimonials/).

To help improve their tech so that their South Florida business can grow.

To help them — *get their tech right*.
