Connections vs COVID. The Clear Winner!

You know, at the start of the pandemic,  you had this mad rush of people leaving the office, going home and needing to work from home. I remember talking to a number of different peers in the industry and four or five months later, they were still swamped with helping people  getting online to work from home.

That was still what their issue was that they were dealing with. And I remember I looked at Rob in my office and we're like, wow, he spent  two weeks helping people  get set up to work from home. And the reason why it's because every part of our best practices, whether a customer needed or not, is we had a remote access strategy defined and built for every customer and documented. 

So what were we doing for those two weeks? The people who, we always have them, who read the documentation and can't follow it. We were helping them,  you know, on their home computer or their son's computer, whatever they had on the phone, talking with those customers, helping them. For us, it's a best practice that every customer will have a remote access strategy.

And we define that right up front.
