We listen carefully to our clients and over the years they share how frustrated they were with unexpected bills they could neither predict nor budget for. This feedback led to the creation of our managed IT support solution we call ConnectCare. In order to deliver the ConnectCare one-fixed-cost experience, we needed a roadmap, a set of best practices we could implement that would make our client’s IT rock solid, reliable and secure. First, we identify and document everything. If it touches your IT in any way, we find it and document everything about it. This includes hardware, software, vendors, contracts and much more.
Then, we make sure to secure everything to ensure nothing gets in without our permission.

Initiate & Relieve
Once we have protected your systems, we begin your service. Because we are a fixed cost, users will typically use us very heavily in the beginning.
This accomplishes two things. One, users get relief from issues from problems they have had for a while. Two, we find new issues that management were unaware of because problems were avoided or ignored.

Assess & Lead
As we identify and initiate, we learn more about your business and IT situation. We use what is learned to create a detailed written report and scorecard.
This 20-40 page document outlines where your organization is doing well, and what needs improvement.

Plan & Resolve
This creates a roadmap to solve the areas of your information technology that need improvement. We define the actions that need to be taken, as well as the cost and timeframe to complete those actions.
