When you think about moving to the cloud, I've heard horror stories. We feel it's critical to understand everything that needs to be moved to the cloud up front before you touch anything. It really comes down to building a good project plan. And part of that, the very first step is discovery. You discover everything.
So there's nothing that we're blindsided by. There's nothing that should ever be a surprise. And then you execute. A project plan based on what you've discovered, that is really it. And what I find with too many of these disaster stories that I've heard, there was little to no planning that actually went into them.
It was in somebody's head. They thought they understood it and it became just a mess. That is a disaster and nothing should be done that way.
