Phishing Attacks - 3 Key Questions

There are three key questions that I believe every business owner should be asking themselves, in dealing with a phishing attack. Number one, what are they doing to train their people to catch them, prevent them? Number two, what is our response and recovery plan? And number three, what systems and controls are we putting in place?
