 I'm happy when people tell me I've got a backup. I've listened to everything you asked me to do. I've done everything you've said. I've got a backup gold star for you. You've got to first base. Now the question is, how do we get you home? And you know what? There's not a perfect answer. I can simply say, I don't know.

We could find out, but let me give you an idea of why, what I'm talking about here. If your data is sitting all on Google, well, that's one answer. If you have legacy systems that we have to go ahead and have access to in some manner. That's a completely different answer.
