Since partnering with Connections for Business, we’ve been able to work securely and effectively from anywhere with a decent internet connection not just locally. That flexibility has opened the door to hiring top talent from all over the U.S., which has been a huge game-changer for our business. Connections’ responsiveness is excellent, and they work diligently to resolve any issue that comes up. If you’re weighing your options, I’d strongly recommend Connections for Business for their cloud expertise, reliability, and the real operational freedom they’ve given us.

Connections is our go-to source for everything IT fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. What sets them apart is the personalized service. We have one dedicated account manager who knows our setup and needs inside and out. They treat us like a name, not a number, and they’re always available when we need help. Responsive, Expert Support With a Personal Touch

One of the biggest benefits of working with Connections is having a dedicated point of contact even direct access to the owner who responds quickly and can be on-site when needed. Their team of subject matter experts is always available, whether by phone, remotely, or in person, even outside regular business hours. They keep our systems secure and current, handle third-party applications, and tailor everything to the needs of our small business. Their service is excellent, pricing is competitive, and they go beyond the basics offering guidance on cybersecurity training, compliance, VOIP setup, backups, and regular system reviews. I’d tell anyone on the fence that you won’t find a more responsive, knowledgeable, and locally invested IT partner.

Responsive, Pleasant, and Always On Top of IT Issues

Since I started at Temple Beth Orr four years ago, the response time for IT issues has been excellent. Everything runs smoothly, and when something does pop up, it’s fixed fast. Even though the support is remote, their team is just as responsive if not better than other in-person IT firms I’ve worked with. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been pleasant and always confirms when an issue is resolved. If you’re comparing IT providers, I’d say go ahead you’ll be satisfied with what you find here.

No More Finger-Pointing Just One Team That Listens and Delivers

Having Connections manage both our data and office communications networks has made a huge difference no more finger-pointing or confusion about who’s responsible for what. I've worked with five other managed IT firms over the years, and none of them match CBI’s level of communication and responsiveness. After seven years with them, I can confidently say they’re the best. If you’re deciding between IT firms, go with the one that really listens to your needs for us, that’s been Connections for Business.

From Constant IT Stress to Total Peace of Mind

Before Connections for Business took over our IT, we were constantly reacting downtime, cybersecurity threats, slow support. It was stressful and distracting. Now, everything just works. Their proactive monitoring and lightning-fast response have given us peace of mind and the freedom to focus on growing our business. It’s not just tech support it’s a real strategic partnership.

What makes Connections different is how they treat us. We’re not just another ticket in a queue they truly understand our business and tailor solutions that work for us operationally and technically.

If someone’s on the fence, I’d tell them to stop hesitating. Connections doesn’t just fix problems, they prevent them. Their responsiveness, reliability, and personal attention are unmatched. If you want an IT partner who actually cares about your success, not just your systems, you won’t find better than Connections for Business.

Reliable IT Support That Brings Real Peace of Mind

Managing IT for a company with multiple LLCs in remote Alaska is no small task but with Connections, I never feel like I’m on my own. They’re constantly working behind the scenes, keeping our systems secure, coordinating with vendors, and making sure our equipment runs smoothly. When emergencies hit, they’re just a phone call away, ready to go the extra mile even when the solution isn’t straightforward.

What I appreciate most is their willingness to educate and support me. I came into this field with little experience, and they took the time to get me up to speed. Their team is not only highly skilled and current on tech, but also incredibly friendly and patient which goes a long way when things get stressful.

If you’re looking for an IT firm that can truly handle everything and support you every step of the way, I highly recommend calling Connections for Business. They’ve earned my trust.
