It's not a matter of, should a firm be in the cloud or be operating in the cloud or not, my simple standpoint is you should be in the cloud unless there's a reason to drag you back, that's just because where the cloud has gotten at this point, what cloud services is mature enough to be able to move in that direction.

So whether you're a small firm, you're a larger firm moving to the cloud makes sense. What bites you,  and this is true, whether it's law firms or anyone else, what bites you is legacy applications.  So I've got a client, for example, who has, they're still running operations on an AS 400. They can't move to the cloud.

We have the cloud that we have the AS 400 in a data center and they access it. So technically it's a private cloud, but they can't be like their competitor who is nimble and using a software as a service application that they pay a subscription for each month and they don't think about anything else.

That's just because the limitations of the software that they're using.
