Whenever anyone is considering leveraging a hosted platform, a hosted application,  something in the Cloud, the very first thing they should be looking at is how's the data backed up. What's the, in our parlance, we would call it recovery time objective and recovery point objective, but how's the data backed up recovery time objective just says, if something bad happens, how, how fast does it take to restore and what timeframe are we restored to?
