How Do You Measure Your Impact for Your Clients?

How do we measure the impact of what we do for our clients? And there's a couple of things that we do going back 30 plus, 40 years that I can think of. There's been one statistic that we look at every year or so, and we measure this on our customers and it's held true. All this time, it's amazing how this holds true.

And here's what, here's what we look at for new customers that start with us. We look at the number of help desk tickets per month,  and then we look at it six and nine months later. By nine months later, their help desk tickets have been cut in half.
