From a standpoint of lessons, recent lessons learned, and specifically I'm thinking about storms and hurricanes and damage that can occur, as well as thinking about the new changes in technology. There's two things that I think businesses should be focusing on. One is the resiliency of their business.
How can they operate if a storm came, a fire came, or something like that. And the other one would be is how could I be implementing AI smartly in my business to capture more value for my team and create more value for my clients? Those are the two things I would be looking at.
