Managing Your Vital Cloud Assets

 Quite often we're asked, how are we impacted in managing our client's assets when those assets are in the cloud somewhere, we have no problem with it whatsoever. All we need to be able to manage those assets is going to be internet connectivity. So the greatest challenge for us individually would be internet connectivity.

The way we deal with that is it's not just us individually, it's us collectively, and we're spread out over quite a broad area. So even if I have no internet connectivity, Rob does, or D does, or Darren does, one other person, our organization who becomes the point person and all support gets focused through the few people who do have access until the access is restored for the rest of us.
