Book of Lists: Leadership Interviews

This is my latest interview in the South Florida Business Journal Leadership Interview Series. (This publication highlights the top businesses in South Florida for growth, "best place to work", and leadership in many vertical industries.)

We were just named one of the “Top 25 IT Consulting Companies”. So, I decided to contact the executives featured in The Book of Lists and ask them to share their leadership with my viewers.

I sat down with Leo Perez, the General Manager of Toyota of South Florida. He shared with me his management philosophy and core values which integrate spirituality, family and hands-on leadership with his team. His approach has made Toyota of South Florida one of the top producing dealerships in the nation year after year.

If you are a business leader who is willing to share your vision with my viewers and have your company highlighted on The Master of Disaster, please let me know.
