When we look at best practices, the name itself tells us, these are the best things we've come up with. And these are the practices that we do. Now, what we don't want to do is we don't want to get hung up and just say, well, that's the way we've always done it. That would be a, that would be a killer.

We should always be looking "how can we improve?" So best practices are just going to be a list of things that I've learned over time,  or we've deduced over time. To say we're going to prevent ourselves from having more hard knocks in the future by implementing these best practices.
