Understanding Critical Compliance Requirements

Most law firms, let alone most small business. They don't understand a compliance framework and how that can really help them. A friend of mine in Texas has something called, he calls OMLs, Operational Maturity Levels, and as you mature up these different levels, things like compliance frameworks, which when we're small, we might look at as, well, that's just government oppression instead becomes a, well, that no, that's a framework that I can go ahead and operate within and under to provide guardrails to protect my company.
