I think there's one critical question that everyone should be asking their vendors. The assumption here is that you are ready to deal with a disaster. Ask your vendor,"How are they ready to deal with a disaster?" The disaster could have befallen you. How are they ready to help you?
The disaster befalls them. How are they ready to respond in a disaster? Either way, you've done the hard work to make yourself resilient. Ask your vendors what they've done.
